“First time going on the Banff Gondola today and it will be the only time. It was extremely windy on the way down and stopped 2 x not even half way down. When we got down we asked the employee why it stopped and they said cause of the crazy winds. As far as im concerned maybe some warning signs should be posted to let people know that it stops when its very windy and sways horribly back and forth , it wasn't a pleasant experience , pretty terrifying. Definitely won't be returning not worth $150”

“Overall not recommended: 1. Scheduled day of excursion, we were in lobby of hotel waiting for our pickup. Tour Guide arrived, walked passed and did not ask who she was looking for. Went to the hotel desk and called our room. As we weren't in the room, tour guide simply left. We had to completely change our schedule for the next few days as we were left behind. 2. Excursion was ok, however, the gondola is something that could have been arranged via public transportation. Lake cruise was pretty bland.”
